Walk with me

When the world is asleep-in the dead of night

come,walk with me.

When the lights go out and the pain is deep

come walk with me.

when the path is jagged-and must to cross

come walk with me.

when there’s something to say-or something to know

come,walk with me.

For,you know I’m there to hear you out

and the scars I bear are nearly gone.

come walk with me and talk to me

come walk with me and say it all!

there,I did it again!

I was down with fever and a nasty throat some days back. While fever helped me have my very well deserved break-1st in 3 months-It made me see clearer.I realized some of the things that I realize every time I get sick but forget soon after I gain health.Aside from all the usual arguing, teasing and banter, they care for me A LOT.And if there were no arguments and teasing, life would be too boring.

Thanks to Allah, fever is over and I’m healthy as a horse-oh no,wait-I still have this irritating flu on.Apart from the obvious hate for this flu,I love the way it makes my voice sound 😀

Though I’m with my one hand holding my nose to avoid another . . . . .A-A-A . . . .

there I did it again!!!

the official mice catcher

My mum is terrified of mice. She can’t even stand the thought of having a mouse in the same room as her.She would try anything and everything in her power to get rid of them while keeping her maximum distance. If a mouse died, she would not go and pick it up for its disposal.

Thats where the official mouse catcher comes into the picture. In case you wonder who this Official Mouse catcher is-ITS ME 😀

Yeah, whenever I come back from my hostel, there is a stray mouse in my home, disturbing the peace there. So,my job is to catch it-alive or dead-and throw it away.

Don’t ask how I do it-maybe its just a matter of good fortune for me and the hard luck at the part of the mouse.

I catch it and throw it away but can’t kill it-but mum doesn’t argue on this subject as long as I get rid of it for her.

oh just great!

You are being stalked-start of the problem.

You endure your privacy violation/invasion silently.

You take your mum in confidence-she’s supportive.

The stalker calls again-your mum talks and tells him to stop-great!

Your brother gives you anger phlegm.

Your dad tells you to shut off the mobile at home-as if that would solve anything when you go back to university!

Great-just great!!!

Your brother wants you to break the sim immediately-Okay,thats enough!

You trust your family to support you in such situations and not turn against you in a way-who needs that?

Then you finally decide-they are not to make the final decisions-its your life, your choices. They are welcome to give opinions-but not to impose them on you.

Some of you may have strong reasons to oppose me.I respect that-but I can’t even think of my life being controlled by someone.

P.S:You are welcome to share your opinions here too 🙂
